Babylist Hello Baby Box

Hello mama’s and mama’s-to-be. Let’s talk free baby stuff!

I’m nearing the end of my 2nd pregnancy and I decided this time around I’m taking advantage of ALL the free samples and products. The easiest way to do this seemed to be setting up baby registries with companies that have good welcome boxes. In my first pregnancy I only used an Amazon baby registry but when I looked into it this time around it seemed the most popular / best rated boxes also included Target and Babylist. Each of these boxes does take a bit of work to get (and I know how valuable time is when you are pregnant, especially when you already have another little one at home) so I decided to share all that is included in these boxes so you can decide for yourself if it’s something you want to spend your energy doing.

First up- the “Hello Baby Box” by Babylist.

Like all other registry boxes, they say the specific items in the box change regularly, but typically include products like onesies, bibs, hats, pacifiers, bottles, diapers and wipes, along with various coupons and promotions

To get a box you must:

  1. Create a Babylist baby registry
  2. Add the following info to your Babylist account: your first and last name, baby’s arrival date, a valid US shipping address
  3. Add 3 items to registry from Babylist store
  4. Add 3 items to registry from other stores
  5. Complete 40% of your Babylist registry checklist (this just means adding items to your registry, you don’t actually have to purchase them)
  6. Make a minimum purchase of $30 from the Babylist shop
  7. Verify address and pay $8.95 + tax for shipping

Both the Amazon and Target boxes have a similar purchase requirement, but they don’t require you to pay shipping for their boxes so this one does have an extra cost associated with it. Originally I was skeptical about that but the reviews I found online suggested it was worth it so I gave it a chance. And I am definitely glad I did! This was my favorite box and it included the most products by far. I definitely think it was work paying for shipping.

Here’s everything that I received in my box:
